Lưu ý: Để tham gia vòng loại cuộc thi GEOBEE ngày thứ hai, 21/7, các bạn phải đăng ký giờ thi để có máy thi nhé. Và buổi thông in về visa ngày thứ ba,23/7, lúc 9:00 sáng, các bạn phải đăng ký trước. Các chương trình khác không cần.
GEOBEO Competition– Elimination Round
Time: Monday, July 21, 9:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m.
For the first time, the Nation’s best and brightest will get the chance to show their knowledge of US Geography. Participants and contestants will be tested on their knowledge of US landmarks, State Parks, States, Cities, and many other natural features. The Geography Bee is a fun way to learn and add knowledge to what you already know about US Geography. Even if you do not know much it is still worth giving it a shot and perhaps willing the grand prize of a brand new Ipad mini.
The elimination round starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2014. Each participant will have to answer 20 questions in 10 minutes on computers. There are different test times for your to choose. Register here: http://goo.gl/0udpfw!
Study in the U.S. & Students Visas
Time: Wednesday, July 23, 9:00 a.m – 11:00 a.m.

On July 23, EducationUSA Advisors and Consular Officers will talk about opportunities for study in the U.S. and student visas at the info session hosted by HCMC University of Science. The event is open for the public.

The State of New Jersey

Come learn more about its breaking records, beauty, and prime role as one of America’s best states on July 23rd at 2:00pm.

Classic Film Series: Musical Theater

The 1940s to 1960s were the golden age of American musical theater, as hundreds of Broadway hits made their way to the big screen in towns and cities all over America. Join us as we screen and discuss one of America’s greatest musicals from this golden age.
Returning to Vietnam with a U.S. Degree – An Alumni Round-Table Discussion
Time: Friday, July 25, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Are you interested in what it’s really like to be a Vietnamese student in the United States? Are you a Vietnamese alum of U.S. study who wants to meet people with similar experiences? Do you like networking with interesting people? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this event if for you. We will host a roundtable discussion with Vietnamese alumni of U.S. study, where alumni have a chance to network, discuss advantages and challenges of returning to their home country, and potential initiative to pay forward their experience to the community.
