Join this January’s meetup to learn about GraphQL and Node.js with Mr. Vu Viet Tung from BodiData Inc. Apart from the main presentation, there will be a side discussion on People Management by the Open Source activist and entrepreneur, Mr. Michael Cannon from Axelerant.

First speaker’s bio:
Vu Viet Tung is a computer engineer/product engineer working at BodiData Inc. Tung has profound knowledge of JavaScript and has been hacking this most popular programming language for more than 10 years. Using his experience in vibrant startups scenes, he wants to help others to bring their skills and mindsets to a next level.
Apart from his daily engineer job, Tung has been releasing YouTube videos to share part of his knowledge and passion to the world. Tung joined FOSSASIA community since 2018 as mentor for the UNESCO Hackathon Vietnam where he assisted many college students in developing mobile and web apps for their final projects using JavaScript.
Second speaker’s bio:
Michael is a world-traveler, chaos organizing Chief Success Officer and social impact photographer that blends creativity, people, systems, and technology into a better way of life, everywhere. He spends most of his time in empowering people towards their best self through meaningful conversations, feedback, and recognition. Michael helps enable self-managed teams through priority alignment using vision, values, and OKRs as a decision framework. He also connects the actions of marketing, sales, people management, delivery, and account growth into a customer journey for a consistent, positive customer experience.
Michael has been engaged in FOSSASIA community since 2016 where he is responsible in producing thousands of open source photography that capture the best values of the FOSSASIA Summits over years.
