InterContinental Saigon vui mừng thông báo về sự chuyển đổi thú vị của Phòng khiêu vũ lớn và các chổ sinh hoạt. Lấy cảm hứng từ biểu tượng quốc gia của Việt Nam, hoa sen, phòng khiêu vũ, chổ họp sinh hoạt trước khi họp và phòng họp mới được sửa sang lại tại InterContinental Saigon bày tỏ lòng kính trọng đối với Thành phố Sài Gòn và cảnh quan xung quanh. Việc cải tạo trị giá hàng triệu đô la bao gồm không gian tổ chức sự kiện trong nhà và ngoài trời rộng 2.560 mét vuông, bao gồm sáu phòng sinh hoạt và sân thượng ngoài trời, từ phòng họp Hòn Ông nhỏ gọn đến mở rộng Phòng khiêu vũ lớn, mở ra một biên giới mới cho Lĩnh vực MICE đang phát triển mạnh tại Thành phố Sài Gòn.

Đặt tiêu chuẩn mới cho các cuộc họp tại Thành phố Sài Gòn, các phòng họp mới được sửa sang lại của chúng tôi đều được ốp gỗ đẹp mắt với các chi tiết kim loại tinh tế. Tất cả các phòng họp, phòng họp cho Hội đồng quản trị cũng được thiết kế với tủ đa năng được trang bị khu vực trưng bày và lưu trữ ở hai bên. Cửa trượt đôi với kính có gân giúp che giấu TV khi không sử dụng và làm nổi bật khu vực trưng bày. Khi khách muốn sử dụng TV, các cửa trượt sang hai bên và để lộ một TV tương tác 85 inch với khả năng hội nghị truyền hình. Những cửa trượt này cũng có thể được sử dụng để viết, thay thế nhu cầu bổ sung bảng lật.
Tại trung tâm của các chổ sinh hoạt là Phòng khiêu vũ lớn không cột rộng 818 mét vuông sang trọng, phong cách và tráng lệ có thể chứa tới 1200 người tham dự cho những khoảnh khắc ý nghĩa và đáng nhớ nhất của cuộc đời, chẳng hạn như dạ tiệc, lễ trao giải, hội nghị công ty, một -of-a-loại đám cưới và nhiều hơn nữa. Nó được trang bị đầy đủ công nghệ nghe nhìn mới nhất và có thể linh hoạt chia thành hai không gian riêng biệt cho các sự kiện thân mật hơn. Phòng khiêu vũ lớn được trang trí bằng đèn chùm tương tác ngoại cỡ gồm 7.980 bóng đèn pha lê treo riêng lẻ tượng trưng cho làn nước lấp lánh khi nhìn từ bên dưới. Đèn chùm cũng được trang bị hệ thống công nghệ chiếu sáng có thể điều chỉnh hiện đại của riêng mình, có thể thay đổi để gợi lên những tâm trạng khác nhau bằng cách sử dụng hệ thống điều khiển ánh sáng LED RGBW. Grand Ballroom cũng tự hào có bức tường LED 8,5m x 4,5m đầy cảm hứng, màn hình lớn nhất trong thành phố và với kiến trúc mới đầy cảm hứng, Grand Ballroom của InterContinental Saigon mang đến cho lễ kỷ niệm của bạn một trải nghiệm quyến rũ và đầy cảm xúc.
Khi bước vào tiền sảnh, khách sẽ bị ấn tượng bởi tính năng trần vải uốn cong mô tả sông Mê Kông. Tính năng này lên xuống theo chiều dài của tiền chức năng, mang lại sự mềm mại và thoáng mát cho không gian. Chất liệu trong mờ tương tác với các hiệu ứng ánh sáng được tạo đặc biệt và cung cấp nhiều màu sắc ánh sáng có thể lập trình cũng như tín hiệu trực quan sẽ giúp tạo thêm tâm trạng. Thiết kế của tấm thảm, với các tông màu hải quân, màu be và vàng ven biển – giống với môi trường nước mà hoa sen sống – bao phủ sàn nhà, trong khi các cột trang trí thể hiện sự đan xen của các cành sen trong nước khi chúng vươn lên mặt nước cho ánh sáng mặt trời.
Ngay bên ngoài khu vực Tiền chức năng là một Trung tâm Thương mại mới, được tạo ra để đáp ứng nhu cầu luôn thay đổi của khách. Không gian có thể biến đổi này có lò nướng tích hợp, tủ lạnh và quầy có kích thước rộng rãi có thể được sử dụng cho lớp học nấu ăn chính. Không gian tuyệt đẹp này có thể được sử dụng như một phòng họp với sảnh tiếp khách hoặc có thể được sử dụng như một không gian phụ trợ cho khu vực Tiền chức năng.

The multi-million dollar renovation which encompassed the 2,560 square meters of indoor and outdoor event meeting space, including six function rooms and an outdoor terrace, ranging from the compact Hon Ong meeting room to the expansive Grand Ballroom, opens up a new frontier for Ho Chi Minh City’s thriving MICE sector.

Setting the new benchmark for meetings in Ho Chi Minh City, our newly renovated meeting rooms have all been clad in beautiful timber with delicate metal detailing. All meeting rooms and board rooms are also designed with a multipurpose cabinet that is outfitted with a display area and storage on either sides. Double sliding doors with ribbed glass conceal the TV when not in use and showcase the display area. When guests want to use the TV, the doors slide to either sides and reveal an 85″ interactive TV with video conference capabilities. These sliding doors may also be used for writing, replacing the need for additional flipcharts.
At the centre of the function spaces is a chic, stylish and magnificent 818-square meter pillar-free Grand Ballroom that can host up to 1200 attendees for life’s most meaningful and memorable moments, such as gala dinners, award ceremonies, corporate conventions, one-of-a-kind weddings and more. It is fully equipped with the latest audio-visual technology and can be flexibly divided into two separate spaces for more intimate events. The Grand Ballroom is decked with an oversized interactive chandelier featuring 7,980 individually hung crystal lightbulbs that represent glistening water when viewed from underneath. The chandelier also comes equipped with its own state-of-the-art adjustable lighting technology systems that can be changed to evoke different moods with the use of RGBW LED lighting control system. The Grand Ballroom also boasts an awe-inspiring 8.5m by 4.5m LED wall, the largest screen in town and with its new inspiring architecture, InterContinental Saigon’s Grand Ballroom gives your celebration a glamorous and deeply sensorial experience.
Upon entering the Pre-Function foyer, guests will be impressed by a curvilinear fabric ceiling feature that depicts the Mekong River. This feature ebbs and flows the entire length of the pre-function, giving softness and airiness to the space. The translucent fabric interplays with the specifically created lighting effects and offers a variety of programmable light hues and visual cues that will help further set the mood. The design of the carpet, in coastal hues of navy, beige and yellow – which resembles the water environment that the lotus lives in – covers the floor, while the decorative columns represent the intertwining of the lotus stems in the water as they reach the surface for sunlight.
Just off the Pre-Function area is a new Business Hub, created to cater to the ever-changing needs of guests. This transformable space features built-in ovens, fridge and a generous-sized counter that can be used for a master cooking class. This beautiful space can be used as a meeting room with a lounge or can be used as an auxiliary space to the Pre-Function area.
