SBV revises License of HCMC branch of Overseas – Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. (26/03/2014)
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 529/QĐ-NHNN on March 24 to revise the License of the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) branch of the Overseas – Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved the revision of Article 1 of License No. 27/NH-GP of the HCMC branch of the Overseas – Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. dated October 31, 2013 to bring its charter capital up to USD25,000,000.
The Decision took effect on the date of signing, and is an integral part of License No. 27/NH-GP.
