Secretary Kerry, Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh, and Peace Corps Director Carrie Hessler-Radelet presided over the signing of an agreement establishing the Peace Corps program in Vietnam, for the first time, on May 24, 2016. The agreement will see the Peace Corps set up English-language training programs in the country’s two largest cities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. [AP]
