Chương trình tài trợ năm 2017 của Phòng Văn hóa Thông tin
Phòng Văn hóa Thông tin (PAS) thuộc Tổng Lãnh sự quán Hoa Kỳ hân hạnh thông báo về các khoản tài trợ thông qua Chương trình Tài trợ Ngoại giao Công chúng của Tổng Lãnh sự quán trị giá lên đến 50.000 USD. Chúng tôi nhận các hồ sơ xin tài trợ từ nay đến 30/8/2017. Hồ sơ sẽ được xem xét dưới dạng nhận sớm sẽ được xem xét sớm.
Khuyến khích các hồ sơ xin tài trợ từ các tổ chức phi lợi nhuận, lợi nhuận, xã hội dân sự/phi chính phủ đăng ký tại Hoa Kỳ và Việt Nam, các cơ sở giáo dục hoặc cá nhân có kinh nghiệm trong các chương trình liên quan.

Public Affairs Section Grants Program 2017
The U.S. Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, Public Affairs Section (PAS) is pleased to announce that funding is available through the Consulate’s Public Diplomacy Grants Program for awards up to $50,000. We are accepting applications from now until August 30, 2017. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Submissions are encouraged from U.S. and Vietnam registered not-for-profit, for-profit, civil society/non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, or individuals with relevant programming experience.

The public diplomacy grants program funds projects that further the U.S. Mission’s public diplomacy goals: enhancing prosperity for Vietnam through market orientation, governance, education and the environment; improving security cooperation; enhancing education ties, strengthening media engagement, and/or building capacity of local partners. The U.S. Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City is now accepting proposals for projects in the provinces south of and including Thua Thien Hue. All applicants must submit proposals via email.
All first-time grantees requesting under $25,000 must include the following:
Grant Proposal (PDF-239KB) Form including Budget Detail using our template.
Standard Forms SF424 (for Organizations, PDF-265KB) OR SF424I (for Individuals, PDF-770KB) and SF424A (PDF-216KB) and SF424B (PDF-115KB).
A DUNS number
All grantees who have previously received a U.S. Government grant OR are requesting more than $25,000 must additionally submit:
Proof of SAM and NCAGE registration.
