There are few places in your application where you get a chance to show who you are and highlight the parts of yourself you want to showcase, and by far the most important is the college essay. Participants will learn about what goes into making a great personal statement, what some essay pitfalls are, and discover what makes them a unique applicant. At the end of the day, students will turn their essays in to editors, who will carefully review them and offer individual feedback.
* Only people who RSVP and submit their essay to achcmc@state.gov & hcmcedusa@state.gov by July 18 are allowed to attend this workshop.
